What we collect
From landlords who post a rental: contact name, email address, optional phone number, the rental's general area (neighborhood or cross streets), price, and the details you type into the listing form. We deliberately do not collect exact street addresses, government IDs, financial account numbers, or any sensitive personal information.
From coaches who browse: nothing. There is no account, no tracking cookie, no analytics profile, and no advertising pixel on this board.
Why we collect it
Solely to display the rental to Palisades Tahoe coaches and let them contact the landlord. That is the single business purpose.
How it is shared
Listing contact details are shown publicly on this site to anyone who opens a listing and clicks to reveal them, because landlords choose to publish them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we never have. Data is stored with our hosting and database provider acting as a service provider under contract.
How long we keep it
A listing stays up until the landlord removes it with the management code shown after posting. Removing a listing permanently deletes the contact information from our database.
Your California rights
You may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information tied to a listing, and you may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. The fastest route is your management link, which lets you delete a listing yourself immediately. You can also email the contact address published by your Palisades Tahoe administrator, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We verify requests by confirming control of the email address used on the listing.
Minors
This board is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
